Cypress Designs will build a set of Custom Fireplace Built-In Cabinets
Doors will be paint grade shaker style full overlay
Cabinet Carcasses will be white TFL with all Doors and Trim painted to match existing cabinetry
(color specified by the client as Sherwin Williams 7009 Pearly White)
4/4 Countertop/Cabinet Top will be stain grade Alder finished with client specified SW Walnut
Wainscot stain with a clear Top Coat of Sherwin Williams Gallery Series 10 sheen
Each Countertop will include a grommet for cable/wire access
Lower cabinetry will be an open backed design (access to power & media wiring)
Trim will be supplied, painted to match and scribed next to the variegated fireplace brick.
Mortar will be matched as closely as possible to the existing fireplace mortar and can be painted to
match by the client if desired.
Door Hinges will be Euro Frameless Soft Close
Adjustable shelves will be included for a flexible storage solution by the client
Left Side – 44” (h) X 49” (w) x 13” (d) Right side – 44” (h) X 47” (w) x 13” (d)
Turn Key Installation - $1,200
Cypress Designs will provide turn key installation of all cabinetry, doors, shelves and necessary
trim.
Installation fee includes deliver to the client’s home in Blaine, MN.
A non-refundable 50% deposit is due upfront to reserve a place in the Cypress production cue.
Deposit stands as a contractual agreement between client and Cypress Designs.
Remaining Balance is due immediately upon completion of the installation.
Client is responsible for removal of all furniture, décor and obstruction in and around the work area
Cypress Designs reserves the right to modify the actual build from proposed designs within the limitations of the design aesthetic and space.
Sale Tax will be added at time of payment
Current Estimated build cue is 12-14 weeks from the date deposit clears.
Paint and stain color specified by the client and can not be warrantied for exact color match
